Students are encouraged to read and experience the joy of reading. The well-stocked senior and junior libraries help students to gain a wholesome learning experience. Books, periodicals and a variety of other resources are made available for research, reference and new learning. Students have access to a wide range of fiction for all age groups and reading abilities. Regular activities are planned to promote literature and kindle readers' love for language. Technology-aided reference section for teachers and an exclusive resource centre for students is another highlight of the library. The library also supports the archiving of the school's learning resources and records.
Jayapriya Matric School (JPMS) has a well resourced informatics lab linked through a dedicated hi-speed internet connection. Students work in variety of ways, using MS-Office, Database, Python, Stick Figure animation,Graphic presentations and desktop publishing.
JPMS has got a Composite Science Lab to enable the practical knowledge of students by doing. The Composite Lab is well equipped with furniture and apparatus related to the curriculum of the students.
JPMS provides an opportunity for children to learn skills that will help them in school, as well as in their future careers and personal relationship. Through engagement in sport, they learn leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, holistic education,responsibility, self-discipline, and a sense of initiative.
We maintain and operate a safe and standardized transport system. The fleet of buses for students are certified, regularly serviced and checked as per highest safety-audits and processes are an important feature of our transport system. In accordance with the existing laws, it is mandated that a lady attendant is always on board. The routes for the buses are pre-decided to ensure complete connectivity to all the major areas of the city and outskirts.
